Doing what it takes

Regret hurts more than failure! You know what I mean, the regret you feel when you know you could have done more, could have prepared more, could have been better. Failure, (or in the fight game) losing, is never a good feeling, but it is acceptable when you know you have met a better opponent. What never heals is regret! The regret you feel when you realise you could have been fitter, stronger more prepared, so save yourself the pain of regret and get yourself more active. Simply adding a daily run to your workout will make massive changes to your overall strength and fitness. Go on, what are you waiting for? Find something to add to your program.
